A database proxy ran out of memory and stopped, so the website and apps were unavailable from 07:17 to 07:28 UTC. Feed updates, push and email were slow from 06:26 and back to normal at 07:36 UTC. The proxy now restarts on its own if it stops. We added this incident afterwards from our monitoring data.
